I want to port a game to Nintendo Switch (especially Kingdom Hearts 3D, as previous KH games will come as a native port to switch. How to port a game? Which tools can I use? I also would like to port some other games (like Sonic Riders) but I would like to play KH3D on switch first.

As an outsider, as far as I can tell, there is no decomp or recomp of either of the games you listed, so that project idea is most likely dead in its tracks unless you'd look for more realistic titles to port. I assume you have a programming background?
Best bet will be to join the Discord, there are guides there for Android, etc. and more information coming every day.
