Try to install what's inside the install folder via WUP installer or nusspli. It has to be Wii VC one to make the message asking using the gamepad as a classic controller appears. Then USB loader GX .dol homebrew itself has to be compatible with the Gamepad

Thats the .elf one, which doesn't work for Aroma

I installed it on NAND it but it gave me an error when I tried to launch it

Do you have Wii U games ? If do they work ? Do you have the sigpatcher file ?

Yes, I don't know about Signpatcher, could be.

I have one in that is a .RPX file, have put the SigPlugin.wps in the plugins folder but still god the 1999 error code

I am trying to use the gamepad to select games within the USB Loader GX. I read this is possible on google (which led me here), as long as I am using a forwarder that bypasses the vWii menu.

I am NOT looking to use the gamepad controller to play the games in the USB Loader GX, I just want to not have to use a Wii Mote to select the games. I'd rather use the gamepad or a gamecube controller since its more convenient. Can someone help me out please?

The Wii U Pro controller can be used for this.

The Wii U gamepad? It might be possible if you inject the forwarder with something but I have no idea if and with what exactly it works, I don't know about the the gamecube controller (through the USB adapter Nintendo made), I can't remember trying it. I'll try tomorrow and see if it works.
