New reports on hackers claiming to have a playable 145GB GTA 6 build

Hey guys. Just posted a quick writeup on TriggeredPlay looking at the latest GTA 6 leak news.

Beyond the CyberLeek clips, there are now reports and claims across forums saying an entire playable build is circulating. Take-Two is aggressively throwing out DMCA strikes and subpoenas to Discord, X, and Microsoft to catch the leaker, but the whole situation is getting pretty messy.

They filed official subpoenas in New York targeting Discord, Microsoft, Google, and X to force them to hand over user records, IP logs, and server details to identify who is behind these leaks. Microsoft in particular was given a deadline to surrender data tied to specific Discord groups and aliases.

Misinformation was derived from a fake Cyberleek website or Twitter account

I call "bullshit" on the whole thing. Cyberleek did not announce that they'll leak a build of GTA VI as that misinformation was derived from a fake Cyberleek website or Twitter account (which they don't have) which got picked up by the gaming news.

Agreed! This is AWESOME! Imagine those clowns at Sony paying Rockstar tens of millions to have a Plays Best on Playstation campaign for GTA6 only to have a far superior PC version leak way ahead of inferior console launch!

Between this and Voices38's efforts, it's a great time to be alive! (Well, as long as you already own a 16GB VRAM video card.)
