This is not a joke, i have loads of mozzarella ( like over 1kg/2 pounds dry) and cant decide what to with it.
slightly over date but not massively so, any ideas?

well i'm no cheese expert, i only know about books and machines, but if you were to ask me:
I'd either eat it, sell it, or use it as mouse bait...you do have mice right?
lol like... yeah, eating it is KINDA what i intended to do ^^;;;

i meant more like... good recipes i may not know that use loads of mozzarella, you know?

Chug as much of the liquid as you can. Film it for jackass or whatever.
you know... if i HAD to im sure it wouldnt be that bad at all!
Like... for a movie project, one of those ones that pay by the hour.
Would i demean myself and chug it?
Sure.
But would it REALLY be that bad? i kinda dont think so.
I imagine itd be like butter milk a bit, right?

OOOH then i know just the thing, see you can make these pizza wraps on the stove, you'll need:

- Pepperonis
- mozzarella
- marinara sauce
- Tortillas
- coconut oil
- Garlic Powder

As for making the dish:
- put the first 3 ingredients one the torilla
- wrap it up jelly roll style
- put the garlic powder and coconut oil in a small bowl
- mix
- then spread it onto what you just wrapped
- place the stove on high or mid
- let it cook for 4 minutes on each side

You beat me to it, I was about to suggest this one too, but my version is much simpler, I just slap a bunch of cheese and pepperoni to the tortilla and heat it up until the cheese melts.
