It is still a Vita, just without touch controls and back controls.
At least that means you can play games in a bigger screen.

Adventure games are my thing , when i want to play an old VGA game using scummvm i found the 320*240 fits the vita screen perfectly having the mouse cursor with rear touchpad makes huge difference with other devices, i completed so much games with it, svga 640*480 like phantasmagoria or 'the beast within' looks particulary good on the tiny oled while staying very readable.
all is not pink, for stuff like darkest dungeon or fallout, i found the text unreadable unless you got a pstv.
Otherwise playing some psp games, lately Ys book I&II, loving the standby power management and the ability to savestate.
perfect for little session while travelling. the bulky steamdeck can't compete, having both and spending more time on vita actually. i'll be doing the 'trails ...' serie next, so much to do with it ....
Also playing the ports Rinnegatamante drops.

I have found a lot of recently made Playstation games translation or hacks coverted to Eboots. However in text heavy games it tends to be a pain on a regular Vita.
