For partition emunand you needed to turn on SD emummc raw partition when backing up and restoring, hope you did that.

I did that but maybe I should have done the opposite ? Honestly it's been a while that I didn't use my switch so maybe I did the wrong thing ?

Sound like you either didn't do it correctly or is missing some data.

Show your SD card in computer management -> disk management take a screenshot.

The partition exist, but my guess is that you might have overrided your sysnand nand backup with your emunand.

Without the proper NAND backup and emummc nintendo folder data probably no, if you restore the sysnand emmc nand onto the emummc it explain your situation.

Ok so the last thing I can try is to restore the backup but this time without any partition right ?

You can leave the partition, but in your case you probably doesn't have the correct NAND backup
