Would it be able to install pkg/fpkgs built with the ps4 sdk and actually make it work? i've tried to do this with a pkg that i've repackaged as an fpkg but i always get an app cannot be started error.

I need more info as to what you’re trying to do.

Essentially, a FPKG needs HEN running to load.

A PKG made with real SDK still won’t have the keys to sign them/won’t run without a valid ticket installed (rif/idx), that’s why we used modified tools to build pkgs that accept fake tickets/keys.

Also, you would need to decrypt an official pkg, and rebuild fakesigned for it to work (dumping a game to a directory decrypted, and repacking with fake tools).

I hope this makes sense?

basically, i'm compiling homebrew i made in GameMaker: Studio 2, and taking the output before it packages everything to a pkg and making that into an fpkg, which i kinda thought would would but isn't. i am using HEN on fw 11.00 to try this on

right as an added oddity to this, it runs in SHADPS4, but not the actual hardware, so i'm just lost honestly
