Community cart for Bluetooth controllers with 3DS?

Is there a community-designed cart that has a modern Bluetooth chip to let players use accessories like controllers or keyboards with 3DS?

Or a commercial cart?

Or, Pokemon Typing Adventure had Bluetooth on-cart, so is there a firmware that can use that for Bluetooth? iirc it was Bluetooth 2.1 so not good for controllers. Fine for keyboards though.

I'm thinking this would be neat with the telescopic mobile controllers that are available now.
 
It seems there’s no Bluetooth cart, but some 3DS homebrew use Wi-Fi to control the controller.
I also want a Bluetooth cart to control my DSi, because the DSi’s performance is too weak and probably can’t run programs in the background.
