Oh really ? I wasn't able to run Bomberman in alpha 0.28, I got to test it myself ! (ok I rechecked : my CDI version doesn't work, but the GDI version is ok)

Alpha 0.30 is around the corner with some minor fixes aswell !

EDIT :

When you have time can you make some videos of working games ? I'd like to see the framerate on vwii
On those games particulary :
- Castlevania
- Sega Tetris
- Crazy Taxi 1
- Chuchu Rocket
- Bomberman

Wow Alpha 0.30 I'll try it ^^, thank you for your work again! ^^.

I tried others games (which titles begin with lettres A and B) and I'll complet the wiki in the morning tomorrow ^^.


Crazy Taxi 1 doesn't work for me, I will try a good rom for this game :&

Castlevania, I didn't take the good game, I played Castlevania Collection and it freezes:





Bomberman Online is playable:





Daytona USA 2001 which has an annoying VMU menu... It is unplayable with the Wiimote and the Nunchuk because of R button unavaibles:





Unfortunately the same for Maximum Speed:





Chuchu Rocket is unplayable because of no R button with the Wiimote and the Nunchuk so impossible to start the stage:

Yeah probably your crazy taxi rom isn't good

I can see the FPS in definitly better in vwii

What do you mean no R in Chuchu rocket ? I don't use L and R in game...

Hello ^^,

After I put the arrow, I cannot start the stage, meaning there is no button to move the mouse with the controllers I am using (I'll take a video this evening to show you that clearly). Maybe the same issue : Daytona USA, Maximum Speed and others games which a button is unavaible with a Wiimote and a Nunchuk.

Wow I've just tested the alpha 0.30 of NullDC4Wii and the menu the number of the stage of Chuchu Rocket is more clear!
I'll try others games as soon as possible ^^.

(I don't change the Wiki because with alpha 0.29 Aerowings doesn't work for me, and I see in the Wiki that it works with alpha 0.30... So Aerowings 2, Airforce Delta and Bang! maybe work with alpha 0.30 (but don't work with alpha 0.29), I will try this evening).

what gamepad are you using ? the Wii U GamePad ?

I think the best way to adjust this in the end is for me to create a .cfg file for button mapping...

I have to think about all that because even with Wii or Gamecube pad they should be 2 different layout : normal mapping, and chuchu rocket mapping

I use a Wiimote and a Nunchuk, I put here a link with an explanation:




Oh Thank you for the advice to create a .cfg file, I'll try it and hope I will success to made to work it ^^.
(This button doesn't work for other game too... But if you will make a special configuration for Chuchu Rocket in a futur alpha of NullDC4Wii it's would be amazing).

ah no you've mistaken, controls.cfg isn't implemented yet...

I have to think of the best way to do that... because I also want people to be able to use pre-configure controls


Normaly chuchu arrow should work with A B 1 2 ... I'm gonna check that...

Yes I read on the github that normally R button is mapped to + on the wiimote and L to - on the wiimote, but in games those don't work...
Ok I understand ^^, we'll able to use pre-configure controls soon ^^.

Thank you for your new update of NullDC4Wii ^^.

Tomorrow in the morning, I'll take a video of the game Napple Tale (which works when I tried it with the alpha 0.32, and I'll try tomorrow with alpha 0.33) and I'll take a video of Virtua On (works but unplayable because of buttons during a battle with Wiimote and Nunchuk, I can't attack the opponent).
And I want to take a video too of Who wants to be a millionnaire to show how it works ^^. Wow the difference between alpha 0.32 and alpha 0.33 about FMV is very amazing!

Alpha 0.34 is out, it should fix Chuchu rocket not being able to launch puzzle and Daytona Usa acceleration with Wiimote

I tried Daytona USA, Maximum Speed and ChuChu rocket and + and - buttons work perfectly, thank you very much !
(Someone need to test Virtua-One because i don't know how to fight the enemy, which buttons i must use.)

No more video in Who wants to be a millionnaire with CACHE_NORMAL (in attachement you can see that).

also please tell me if your can use game preset
You may have to rename your *.cdi/*.gdi files without space (chu chu rocket => chuchurocket)

If it doesn't apply, please move game_preset.cfg file to the sd:/apps/nulldc4wii folder and sd:/discs/ and retry
