In fact did have it. Disabled i and tried again regenerating and passed successfully.
The system update should be the one in the WiiU console's system settings or on Deccaffeinator (Force Update option)?
Finally went for it and selected option Force Update in Decaffeinator. Ended successfully and sent me to do system update. Did that and completed OK.

Did that and now vWii works.
Mii Channel is also working.

my wiiu brick solid purple light, Boot the third option, delete wafel, boot the third option, but result always Jumping to IOS... GO GO GO , can you help, whats wrong, thanks, if file wafel ipx exist light is orange (pic1), if autodelete wafel light is purple (pic2)

mod usb c something wrong i dont know, but now can boot wiiu menu but my sync button on wiiu not function, cannot get gamepad code, how to pair gamepad with broken sync button on wiiu? can i get recoverymenu from minute menu?
