Some bullshit about having "inauthentic behavior" on the platform. I'm pretty sure it happened mostly because I kept posting the same tweet to curators on X.

Algorithms are so garbage these days. This shit has become super tailored to a user's specific niches, and it's actually been very bad getting discoverability if you aren't over 1000 + followers, last time I checked.

I wish I could, because I hate that asshole as much as the next sane person, but his platform sadly is still active in terms of developers and game outreach.

Then again, gaming discourse on there is terrible and I did have some fucking clown ass gacha and bestheda fans clown on my game, so fuck some of the people on there too. And it also seems algorithmically, you just see The majority of larping ass fakers who claim to play games anyway, yet all they do is post shitty memes and complain about how bad everything. No actual people doing anything cool like showing off 1cc completions or showing a younger audience playing retro games and having fun. Just straight up misery on that shit, lol.

I do agree that there was a huge difference in design philosophies starting with the 7th gen. The thing is, that was 20 years ago, and the industry has had all sorts of changes/adjustments since then. It doesn't make sense to stay stuck in disappointment, since the first six gens alone gave us a lifetime of unique/amazing (and some not-so-amazing) games.
