After many years you can finally play Cave Story on your GBA! It's a port of the Cave Story MegaDrive homebrew to the GBA, this is a beta release so there will be a few issues, but hopefully I can update this in the near future. By default, you can hear the custom SNES styled soundtrack by livvy94 for a refreshing Nintendo-like take on the music, or switch to the original soundtrack.

Exciting, thanks! Being unfamiliar with the Megadrive version, is it fairly complete and faithful?

Yeah the MD version really faithful and complete despite the limitations. Right now the GBA version is decently accurate, there are a few things left to fix but the whole game is playable and finishable.
