PS5 SLIM, EDM-044 HDMI ENCODER shifts to new chip

I just realized this new board has different HDMI encoder RTD2175P when I was repairing traces on the HDMI PORT and measuring different diode reading on each pin.
Seems like we might have more legit resources to replace HDMI encoder rather than the refurb MN867439 from random nowhere.

So I have literally just tried a RTD2175 from aliexpress and it didnt work.Unit powers on but no output at all. Just thought i would post this before someone else wastes time and money trying. I cannot seem to source a 2175P chip anywhere sadly. This was as close as i could find.

I would tend to agree. I have soldered down the 2175 chip earlier and it was soldered good. It would power on the unit but would just flash blue. It was an EDM-044 board

Can you show the other side of the HDMI on the motherboard!
 
Good evening everyone. I also have a problem with this EDM 044 and the HDMI encoder. I have a UART code with a problem on the 0.9V line of the HDMI IC. I changed the encoder, but that didn't solve the problem. I can't locate the 0.9V line. If anyone can help me, I'd appreciate it.
 
There are two 0.9V lines. One (neon green marking) generated from the 1.8V by a little 5 legged converter and one (light green marking) 0.9V by a qfn chip 'RJ='.

EDIT: It is the ciruit for the MN864739 HDMI chip. The layout for the newer RTD2175P is a bit different.

Be Sure you using RTD2175P NOT other incompatible model, and since EDM044 board has significant change on the HDMI ic circuit, 0.9v line is likely only related to the "RJ=" CHIP(RT9048AGQW)

I got a shorted RTD2175P, anyone found a similar CI thats work in EDM-044? i from Brasil and the price of this CI on aliexpress is R$1600,00 definitely not worth.
