Can someone port Sonic 3 A.I.R. to the Wii U? Surprised it hasn't yet, as it went open source in October 2021

there's weirdly not any native sonic decomp ports on the saturn, i looked for quite a bit sometime after getting my saroo, and i was shocked to not see any especially since recently there's been a big trend with sonic on the sega saturn but alot of them are just mods on various PC ports, i've read some threads on the SRB2 forum and most chalk things up to it not being possible due to hardware limitations, which i can't see that being a barrier for some ports, while some others i can.
Saturn is a bitch to develop for, and it's basically a 2D powerhouse in the right dev's hands. I see no reason a port shouldn't be possible, given the specs over the Mega CD.

Getting a RED screen on Cemu

logfile.txt excerpt:
Using native GX2 presentation without an SDL video window
GX2Drawer: swap interval set to 0
GX2Drawer: initialized owned GX2 display native=1280x720 tv=1280x720 drc=854x480 tvScanBytes=7372800 drcScanBytes=3317760
CafeGLSL: glslcompiler.rpl was not found
GX2Drawer: present shader setup failed
GX2Drawer: startup failure color shown r=1 g=0 b=0
GX2Drawer: shutdown begin
GX2Drawer: leaving GX2 resources for process teardown

Solution:
What seems to work for Cemu is this. Create a folder named cafeLibs inside Cemu's folder (can locate with menu option File->Open Cemu folder), and copy the glslcompiler.rpl file from the archive's libs folder into it. Now with luck when Cemu runs the app, video should display properly.
