My switch SD card was seemingly corrupted along with my EmuNand. I managed to dump the nand but I can't seem to open the "USER" partition to browse and backup my game saves. I get a BAD CRYPTO message in the top right in bold red lettesr and a CRYPTO FAILED message in the bottom if i try to explore it.
Is there any possible way for me to backup my game saves at this point? I'm sorta desperate

The partition table itself is not encrypted but the contents of the partitions is and you need your consolse keys to access them.
Under normal circumstances, BAD CRYPTO means that the keys.txt file is missing or you have got the wrong keys.txt file.
If you have your keys.txt/prod.keys file at hand, just set them in nxnandmanger (Options -< Configure keyset).

If you don't have it, you can dump it with lockpick_rcm (if you can get into Hekate's menu).
Lockpick dumps them as prod.keys if I recall correctly but it is just a text file you can rename.
Note that you will need a keyset for at least your firmware version.
Using an old keyset for a newer firmware might not work.
The keys.txt are linked to your console so even with a fresh installation you will get a usable keyset.

Since you can see your partition table, there is a good chance that the USER partition is also fine.
But I cannot say that for sure.
So with the right keys, try to unlock the castle and rescue princess Peach USER partition.
