papa bless, so many people just go "but 7 is end of support, update already bro" like 8 isn't absolute garbage and 10+ isn't just festooned with telemetry that you have to rip out and then it tries to force you to update and get all of that back.

Changes:- Fixes permissions for yt-dlp.
- Revert format audio format 240 to format 140 for audio to fix format not available with just denvo in modern bundled yt-dlp.
- Converted ffmpeg-static to ffmpeg-pled with proprietary codec support.
- Removed ``-yl' and '-yh` options. Just use `-y` to get YouTube videos.
