My RGH 3 XBOX 360 freezes randomly when it is on

The Xbox turns on fine, and I can maybe do stuff on it, but the Xbox will randomly freeze while in use, and the output to the display has artifacts. EDIT: This started happening when I desoldered the NAND flash wires

it's easier insufficient cooling which can caused by dry Thermal Paste or dusty Heatsink/Fan or your GPU is dying.

If it's not the above, try checking for any shorts where you soldered or any loose solder which may be shorting something.

If it was working fine before desoldering, 95% chance you might have knocked something loose or managed to push a wire the wrong way.
