my switch is modded not ban, I just brought switch 2 just wondering If move save from emunand to semi ofw use jksv to transfer save
to stock than do switch 1 to switch 2 transfer

We still don't have evidence of that with data from Switch to Switch 2, but a lot of people got banned Just for getting saves or game card dumps from banned consoles on Switch. So it Is very likely that data coming from banned consoles or just from not an official source get somehow "marked" in a way that Nintendo can easily recognize when connecting to their servers, furthermore they became even more strict about piracy when It came to Switch 2.
Briefly: I wouldn't take the risk for a save file

Also depends on what you have on that NAND if you have pirated games, and you sign into a Nintendo Account to transfer a save you risk the chance of getting banned.
