ISFAHAX I cant backup my otp.bin

I was following funkyscott47's guide on how to install ISFSHAX on my hynix chip, but when it came to backing up stuff, mine said "Failed to open `sdmc:/otp.bin`.
Now Im completely lost on what to do.

A little off topic, but could this have a connection with why I cant move/copy some games from my system memory to my usb, since some of them give me a corrupt error or something like that?

The sd card doesn't look to be write protected in that photo anyway.
Try backing up anything important, then formatting the card. Its possible its got corrupted at some point.

If that still doesn't work, the sd card could be starting to fail. I have seen this recently with an old usb drive I've used for years.
When trying to write an ISO it would randomly fail at some point, no issues doing the same with a newer usb drive.

Easiest solution would be to try another sd card.
