...I want to ask for a Spanish translation...
This is a project from several years ago: I don't remember exactly, but you have to download the Spanish translation for PC and select only a few files, mainly the texts; I think the images were causing problems. The .exe file has nothing to do with it.

I've been trying to port the Spanish PC translation (by TranScene, from tradusquare.es) to Switch using your patch as a base, but the game crashes right after the developer logo every single time, before even reaching the main menu.

The crash always happens at the exact same point: right after the developer logo, before the main menu loads.

You mentioned in this thread that you don't remember the exact process but that "mainly the texts" were included and "images were causing problems." Could you be a bit more specific about:
- Which exact files or folders from the PC WAD did you include in the Switch WAD?
- Did you do any format conversion on the .lin or .pak files, or were they dropped in as-is?
- Is there any file outside the WAD itself (like sharedassets, ExeFS patches, or anything else) that your patch requires to work?

Thanks for your time <3

Carissima, here you have to write in English on public chat, even if you speak to an Italian, at most the message in double language is allowed.
By the way, this is more of a private message, as well as off-topic.
And no, sorry, it's not a game I plan to translate, especially in Italian hasty and twisted, without commas, and that doesn't distinguish verbs and conjunctions...
