Those medical incinerators aren't useful to get rid of human carcasses, it's likely mostly just for the usual evidence of abuse and not people that "accidentally" die or vanish in those camps.

A morbid but important detail here: incinerators don't actually burn bodies whole. So no, it's not for what you're thinking of.
I could express suspicious wonder on what it's purpose otherwise it's, but I've got no clue what the hell most of it is doing in a detention centre.
