PD: As soon as someone tells me where to find the modded fusee.bin file for using sigpatches under firmware 20.5.0, I'll update this message. In the meantime, I recommend booting with hekate, or even better, migrating from sigpatches to sys-patch.

I wonder if there are any benefits of using sigpatches and modded fusee.bin over sys-patch nowadays? If not, might as well just use sys-patch from now on as most of us do nowadays. Nice informative post for newcomers as usual!

no today. today SYS-Patch is a full replacement for sigpatches.

How much time is atmosphere supposed to take to boot then?
For me is taking much longer vs simple booting to the stock firmware.

Haven't measured yet but probably less than 30 seconds or so. At least for me.
You made me to try my console.

I put a stopwatch and pressed the power button of my console at 10 sec. approx.



An yes for the HOS to shown on took approx 29 seconds on my Samsung 512 Gb SD card. the NX-BootSound sysmodule charged at 19 seconds so I do not see any slow compared with OFW
