That's not an issue of the texture pack. You have multiple widescreen patches/cheats running. You need to deactivate them and play the game in it's original aspect ratio to get no visual errors.
I won't be at my PC for the next couple of hours so I can't guide you through. But the options are self explanatory. Change the aspect ratio to 4:3 in the graphics settings and deactivate the game patches.
I'd also advise you to not clog up a thread meant specifically for a texture project. I'd recommend going to a PCSX2 discord server and ask there for help if you're still struggling. You got the texture pack running so the remaining issues are off topic.

The texture pack with SonicB00M update isn't working on android (NetherSX2), altough worked just fine on PC (PCSX2). Someone else can confirm this? NetherSX2 is loading textures for other games ok.

This from a modder named jojo670: A port of this texture pack for the French PAL version of the game. He transferred ewgeha's plus my pack to the French version, upscaled about 200 textures specific to the FR version, redid the inventory and other FR writing in HD and modded some textures in the process.
I haven't tested this but I guess it should work for the other PAL languages as well? Jojo670 specifically worked on the French version though.

Hello everyone! Someone managed to get The pack working on nethersx2/aethersx2? I've tried but had no succes : /
Installed this mod and it looks fantastic. Thank you guys for all the hard work! I'm having a bit of an issue though, hoping somebody can tell me what I'm doing wrong here. I downloaded the texture pack, dropped Sonicb00ms update into the texture pack folder, and then put the folder into the PCSX2 textures folder. I'm running it in 4:3, no widescreen patches, only the door skip and skip startups cheats are on. The textures on characters and the environments look great, but I'm having an issue with the inventory UI, as pictured. Using the most recent build of PCSX2 nightly.
EDIT: I fixed my issue by switching the renderer to Direct3D. It was set to auto and whatever renderer it was using wasn't loading the textures properly, I guess.

I have tested the texture pack from "jojo670" for French PAL. It worked with the Multilanguage iso. I need it for German Language, but Unfortunately, the textures don't load here. What do I need to do to get them to load in German? Any Help? This from a modder named jojo670: A port of this texture pack for the French PAL version of the game. The interface textures are optimized for 16:9. I recommend finding the textures related to the inventory in the folder, moving them to another folder, and checking if they work. If the problem is with them, thenInstalled this mod and it looks fantastic. Thank you guys for all the hard work! Amazing work!
On PC (PCSX2) it’s working perfectly, both the ewgeha version and the SonicBOOM version, but on Android with NetherSX2 the textures don’t load. Does anyone know why? NetherSX2 loads textures from other games, just not from this one. Thanks!

I really like how you just took some random YouTube video on how textures work with PCSX2 that is completely irrelevant to this, where people are just asking about not a 100% full tutorial but at least some tutorial or directions on how to exactly run everything , as there's nothing here, not even a Notepad Readme in the files, and you expect beginners to just figure their way out with PCSX2 settings: graphics , emulation?
This texture pack and the explanations here are all half-baked.

This is the shortest and most straight to the point tutorial I've found online. If that's not enough for you, you can find more in depth step-by-step guides if you search yourself. If you're not capable of that, texture replacements in emulators might not be something for you.
Great work I was working on similar project but I've just saved a ton of time thanks guys great stuff.
