has anyone made a save editor or a party member cheat yet? Weird request but I have a guest AI (BLADE Recruit) that is making my game crash and there's no fix besides the guest just not loading in the save... been a week! even broke my autosave with the same guest. started off as console save then moved save to emulator and still crashing the emulators too.

I agree. So now we can choose between stutters with good audio or fluid framerate but with crackling sound.

Ryujinx also has a fast-forward toggle for quicker grinding and overworld movement. It's an absolute godsend and I personally can't live without it. Yuzu has the option to uncap the framerate which is supposed to do the same thing but has no effect on the Xenoblade games.

To be fair, I'm asking because I've been playing the game at 4X scaling which should be 8K considering it's 1080p by default. So I was just curious if mod would be better, and interestingly for me emulator scaling at 6X doesn't produce shadow issues while 3840p mod at 2X scaling does, or at least it's not so severe. Runs fine for me at 30 FPS, but I have a 4090 so I would be worried if it didn't.

Is there any request missing?. As far as I know:

- Motion blur cam fix.
- Fix for resolution decreasing on character menu.
- Some people reported speedup cutscenes issues nearly the end of the game and IIRC some 2D elements too.

We won't take a look at:

- Cheat requests.
- Online mod requests.
Hello dude.
Here some idea (dont know if it would be possible)

Remove chromatic aberration
Supersampling X2
Improve draw distance
Improve shadow

Curious if anyone has done any model swaps yet? In the original game on Cemu, I managed to do a very simple model swap of changing the Level 50/60 model Skells for the Level 30 ones, since I prefer the look of the Level 30 ones more. I thought I might try it again, and managed to dump the romfs, unpack the ard/arh, and find the folder that has the Skell models. The process looked very similar to the original game, which was nice and to be expected.

However, with the original game, I could just rename the files in question and the game would point to the files I wanted when loading the Skell models and it worked flawlessly. DE, however, is being stubborn. I'm trying to do it as a mod on Ryujinx because I don't know how to repack ard/arh files (and then subsequently repack those into an NSP), but nothing I do seems to have any effect. I believe I'm structuring my mod folder directory correctly, but no changes happen. Anyone happen to have any thoughts?

Could someone please show me how to edit the speed 2x code? 2x speed is a bit too fast for me. 1.5x is what im looking for

Increased draw distance, and the complete removal of the worst, most hideous, vile, disgusting, suicide inducing post processing effect known to man, chromatic aberration, would be appreciated.

Fixed resolution decreasing on character menu.

04/04/2025. Latest mods update by Fl4sh. I higly suggest read the README.txt file inside the .zip file.

It should fix the following:

- Fixed resolution of the menus
- Fixed the aspect ratio on menus

Interesting results. I've been using Ryujinx for Xenoblade at 5160x2160. With the newest patches from Fl4sh, 5160x2160 doesn't load at all and crashes the emulator. At 3440x1440, my save will load up, but the instant I go into a menu that shows a character or skell model, the emulator crashes outright. Not sure what changes are going on behind the scenes, but something doesn't play nice with Ryujinx anymore, and as Fl4sh's github says he's only supporting Citron/Sudachi, don't know if or when he'll address this.

In better news, I copied my save over to Citron along with the mods. 3440x1440 works perfectly. Character models in menus are the proper aspect ratio and look sharp. It appears that's the only ultrawide resolution that's been edited so far, though. I tried 5160x2160 and character models in menus are still stretched and pixelated.

There is only one problem, the targeting rectangle is completely shifted to the right and no longer centers on the enemy. I reverted back to the old version just because of that, but it looks really nice in menu's though.

edit: I tested both the 3440x1440 version and the regular 2560x1440 version and they both have this problem.

You're right. I wasn't checking combat or interaction initially. I agree, the pointer being off is a far more annoying issue than stretched characters. Here's hoping it can be fixed.

Ryujinx have issues with the resolution mods. That's something I said before and the solution is trying to increase the DRAM to see if that fix the issue. However sometimes it might not work and will need a extra tweak.

Also it doesn't support some mods.
