Yes, it's pretty weird it seems only have 3d in some videos, text dialogue, transformations and dressing room.

please make a tutorial (video) of how to find these codes.
as PoorPocketsMcNewHold says:

The main post mentions that there are common values in the use of depth but not for all games it is the same
in my case I used the value 423851EC (which is in the database) in the CTR search engine and when only one result came up I modified it to test it.

But in games like the 3D Sega games I have not been able to find the address using the already known ones, I have tried to use reverse engineering but have not achieved significant results.

There's no magical way to find those values. The original post is simple and clear enough, at showing you how to check for values step by step, and which ones to consider looking.
It's Trial and error.
OK, thank you! I play JPN version, so I will try.

Thank you for sharing!
I still recommend you to still try codes for another region even with your JPN version. It may work. Some codes in the thread works for the PAL/European version for me.
Otherwise, you need to try and repeat the process until you potentially find a working code for a game.

I've noticed that this post is different from the txt files on your GitHub, especially the differences between v1 and v2 versions. I also found that among the memory addresses listed at the beginning of this post, the memory addresses of deep+ and pop+ usually differ by 4 in hexadecimal. Can we make inferences based on these to transform the properties of the stereoscopic 3D from being strengthened deep inside to being strengthened towards the outside of the 3DS screen?

So glad I skimmed through this thread and found Star Fox 64 3ds on here, one of my favorite games of all time thank you so much for posting the codes. Only game I can think to request is "Mario & Luigi: Bowsers Inside Story + Bowser Jrs Journey 00040000001D1400"

All your hard work is much appreciated (and enjoyed)

That game does not use 3D.

The codes seem scattered all over the place - have you got’em already for ‘Story of Seasons 3oT’? I’ve got the codes as for the intensity of the 3D and also for the HUD (show/hide with a switch) - which really is quite a must for extreme values. I haven’t got the code for the 3D pop though, any help would be appreciated.

Hey there! Myself and @NanashiFinal13 were working on this. He was creating the codes, and I was helping him test them. We had over 200 in the testing phase!

We were working on isolating the depth values that control texture/model spawning to HOPEFULLY create more depth in some of these games without despawning things. If anyone knows how to do this or thinks they can mess around with it, DM me and I can update you on our progress! Thanks!

As for your question, the only SoS code we did was Return to Popolocrois. Here it is:

Has anybody made a code for New Super Mario Bros 2 yet? Also, sorta-relatedly, does anybody know how to get rid of the blur effect that is increasingly applied to the backgrounds as you turn up the slider?

Hey there! In testing codes for NSMB2, @NanashiFinal13 basically discovered that they won't work in the intended way, at least not within our understanding of the 3D effect. We could only really change the depth of the HUD. We also didn't have a way to change the blur effect, sorry. This is a similar situation with Yoshi's New Island btw.

Hey, I am new to this scene but am really excited to try this! I have been OBSESSED with 3D even since it was introduced with Nvidia 3D vision. So the 3DS is so awesome to me to have a portable option to view 3D. So I have a question: I have been using my 3DS to watch 3D movies using the 3D Movie Viewer.cia on the 3DS and started looking for values to edit the depth of viewing my 3D movies using the techniques you outlined but have not had any luck. Would anyone have a minute to take a crack at this or already know what to do to adjust depth or convergence on this app in particular? I would love the help and thanks in advance!!

AIUI, you will not be able to adjust the thickness of objects, as that depends on the camera angle used when producing the movie, unlike a game where the system is generating the images from the objects in real time. But you might be able to move the whole scene forward or backward by shifting the images sideways by different amounts - for an object to appear to lie in the plane of the screen, the images of it for each eye will be shown in the same position on the screen.

Agreed in general. I feel like it would still be worth trying to find the values to see how the player responds. Agreed that for sure the convergence (pop-out) position should be adjustable but I also know 3D blu-ray players had a depth adjustment on some of them that would allow to adjust actual depth of the movie. My understanding is the way they worked is technically by shifting the two side by side images either closer or farther apart, ultimately presenting more or less depth to the viewer even if it was more “simulated” than real compared to a rendered game. Nonetheless this should still be possible I believe if the correct settings could be found for this app as well.

Could someone organize all the 3D codes in an easier way? They are scattered in the comments, it is a horror! greetings.

A few months ago, i started posting 3D related codes after a while of no activity on the thread. The problem was that i did a lot typo errors when posting them, and then the codes won't work, so i got to check them and and fix it. It happened quite a few times, so I decided to stop posting so much, and with the help of @Moogley and @skyrimer , we did a lot of testing and fixed most of the codes. The cheats i posted previous to this post are outdated, and on some cases will not work at all, and searching for a code through the pages and the thread is a mess right now, and that's my fault. So, from now on, i will post the codes on a .txt database and i'm including a .txt file with an alphabetical list of all supported games and regions. (Title IDs)

All the codes on the database were tested, many of the codes posted here were reworked, as on the previous state, they caused some issues on the games, mainly texture isues. If you have any problem/issue with them, please PM me. There's also a lot of new codes on the database. The final goal is to support all game's regions, but if you want support for a specific game region, PM me. Well, that's all.
Hello there, esteemed expert! I registered for this forum after seeing your post. I've tried almost all of the tips you've shared, and they've been incredibly effective. I sincerely hope you could translate Monster Hunter 3U, 4U(jp ver 3G、4G), and Animal Crossing amiibo+into Japanese versions. These games are very important to Japanese players. Thank you so much for your hard work, which has benefited many players. I bow to you again in gratitude.

ps, Jay Chou is our favorite singer, and his album "Wow!" is really great.

You made me laugh a lot with your comment of "esteemed expert". You honor me, but as i stated before, im just a madman with a dream and ctrpf plugin. The expert is the thread OP. The final goal is to support all games/port all the codes to other game regions. If you want, dm me with the names and title id of the games you want to see added to the database.

PS: Love Jay Chou. I discovered him a few years ago on the Green Hornet movie, his music is awesome!

I'll update the OP as soon as I got time to do it, sorry for my inactivity.

It's amazing that many new codes for a lot of games have been found so far, great job! Also, there are some games that could get a better deep+pop effect by modifying both the camera and the FOV values if you manage to find them, by increasing the FOV to a greater value and zooming in the camera view to compensate the farther distance, that's how I got Luigi's Mansion to partially have a better 3D effect.

Also, in the meantime, I'll share the address that makes Majora's Mask 3D (Vanilla 1.1) to feel like how the 3D effect is in Ocarina of Time 3D, I thought I already posted it before but I actually forgot lol
