so yeah Hello, I'm a little jr fulstack web dev currently learning stuff.
recently I decided to play my childhood game godhand but couldn't stand 30fps. >
so I started researching and learning stuff and after sometime I found some stuff and made this simple 60 fps pnach file:

if you do according to the guide you can play the game 60fps. it needs a bit of work but it works right now... kinda...
retroachievements doesn't support it.
I know this game isn't that popular but for those who like it... Enjoy
