I've found many articles about to use Yuzu to extract romfs folder.
And OK, now I've learned about it.

Modifications:
I've made a translation for game called 'Memoranda', and now I need to add again the file. How can I dump the romfs folder again to the XCI file? And how Yuzu will recognize the modification? Can anyone help me with it?

Hey bro did you ever figure this out? I know nxdumptool can dump the romfs folder for a game, but in my case its taking 40+ hours for TOTK. Another alternative would be amazing.

Yes, I did Saigaii!
If you're using Yuzu, you don't need to 'redump' again. Just create a layered FS to make things work properly.

it will only take 40+ hours for 10 maybe 20 minutes or so before you get a reasonable timeframe or after about 12ish% lol botw was the same thing. It wont take more than an hour or so. Although I guess sd quality counts here. Times like this is where you want the high end samsung or sandisk cards.
