I did everything the guide told me, but Pokemon Radar still can't find the games, activate the Luma patches, create the folders in the corresponding order, luma/titles/id/code.ips, and paste the ips in the corresponding ips folders, I have the Pokemon Radar from the USA region, along with Pokemon Black 2 (USA). I followed the instructions which ended up not working.
Dream Radar doesn't detect my forwarded rom, it still says that it isn't inserted. I have read every comment but none of the things they mention have worked for me.

The save file must be somewhere on your 3DS. The R4 will store your save on the sd card that is inserted in the cartridge
i need to create a folder and name it "00040000000C9C00" and "00040000000C9C00"?
I dont have those files in my sd card
I did that but it still doesn't work

Im just suggesting one simple thing.
Since there is a lot of us who have memories with our gen 4 save files..please save us!
I spent almost 900h on heart gold version and im still playing it!
I do not own an cartage itself but as you know without it we cannot transfer those to pkmn bank.
Can you please make an ips for gen 4
At least for platinum or one of remakes.

You may have an easier time using the dream-radar-redirect script in PKSM to dynamically generate the patch for your save file.
This would be MUCH more difficult than the transporter redirect script that exists today. The Gen 5 patches are fairly straight forward as Transporter already know how to read data from Gen 5 games; all you need to do is point it at a file instead of a cartridge. For Gen 4, Transporter has no idea how to read the Gen 4 save format, or how to convert Gen 4 Pokemon into Gen 5 Pokemon. The only official tool that knows how to do this is the Poke Transfer Lab in Gen 5. Right now, the best way to do this is using melonDS, which recently got massively improved multiplayer support (it's really good now). There is a feature request for nds-bootstrap (link), but I wouldn't hold your breath on that. Similarly, melonDS is also the best option for "official" Gen 3 to Gen 4 transfers (and nds-bootstrap has a feature request here).
Yeah, it would have been awesome if they had added Gen 4 support to Transporter. Then you could use Bank/Transporter with Gen 1&2 (VC) and Gen 4-7. It also would have been nice if they had released Gen 3 VC, but I'm not too surprised they didn't.

there is an way to inject gba games into 3ds but problem is how poke transfer should find or detect thoose games.

It's possible just much more difficult. It would require essentially rewriting major parts of poke transporter. This isn't completely unprecedented: zaksabeast has a major patch to transporter that redirects the output to PKSM's bank instead of the official Pokemon Bank (link). Something like that could add support to read Gen 3 and 4 saves directly, convert the Pokemon to Gen 5 format, and send them to Bank, but it would be a major effort. It would also not really be any different than using PKSM to transfer them directly to Gen 6 (as either way it would be unofficial code doing the conversion).i think it is not possible to patch an poke transporter
Just first wanted to say thanks for making this redirect, just tried it out myself and it works flawlessly.
Making a post to ask if there's a way to get both Black 2 AND White 2 recognized on Poke Transporter, since the instructions only allow for one game to be recognized.
edit: transporter only recognizes one game since normally you need to have the cartridge inserted, and you can't have two cartridges "inserted" at the same time, so it was never designed to detect multiple cartridges
