    PS1/2 Trying to play NTSC Megaman Legends on modded PAL PS1 w/ bootdisc results in weird s**t happening

    Import Player Light. The white, yellow and red AV cables. My TV is a TEAC LE40A1FHD. I'm pretty sure the TV isn't the problem, though. The rainbow colour thing has happened on two other TVs.

    Wait a minute. I just realized something. On my old TV my PS1 played NTSC games in black and white. When I tried to find a fix to make the games play in colour, one of the solutions was to use the console on a HD TV, since HD TVs can accept both PAL and NTSC signals, or something like that...

    It's connected with AV cables. I'm not able to use a SCART cable. None of my TVs have a SCART port. I don't think I've even ever come across a TV with a SCART port.
