    Doesn't toxicity depend on the person too? Like for example, peanuts would do you no good if you have a nuts allergy... Specially when you know you have an allergy but still go around the peanuts.
    I think this also applies to communities in some way. Only that in some way they can hack your brain very good, like some kind of godly ad that makes you want to eat that peanut butter toast when you should know better.

    Yeah, it is either all garbage in there, or probably the algorithm incentivizes this kind of rage behavior to increase participation, even if it is in the way of a global flamewar... this is the what I mean by "hacking your brain like some kind of godly ad" that makes you come back and interact in an (psychologically) unhealthy way; I really doubt you become a better person after the rage interaction.

    How can I port Visual Novels from PC to VNDS? I wanted to play tsukihime on my DS and even though it was already ported I found a spanish translation that hasnt been ported yet

    Sorry, I've no idea how to do that. Just a comment:
    Reading on a tiny low resolution display is a strain to the eyes. You might not notice now, but you will in two decades. I used to play countless hours on the DMG-001 under low light conditions and never noticed a problem as a kid.

    Surely a good DS model.
    I've read a linear visual novel (I think it the name was Harvest December) on a 3DS. While surely a fun thing with crude humor it was exhausting not having a big PC monitor. That was literally just a book with pictures and background music, but it was very cheap on sale in the eShop.
    Probably going for an emulator if I ever re-read this.

    For me the only things that help with mood are exercise and healthy food

    Try eating a healthy meal and going for a 1-2 hour walk on a sunny day

    The only thing that helps for me is to keep my mind busy with something else, as long as I am focused on something that requires all of my attention I forget that I am sad and somehow that works.
    Boredom is what can be an issue for me.
