Celeste developers have cancelled their new game

I knew that before I bought Celeste. And now I'm going to go buy it again, just to spite you. :yaysp:

Hacking The "My SD2Vita/PSVSD is having issues" thread

PCH-1001 (wifi version), 3.60 hekaku-11. Using a white "Memory SD2VITA Pro PSV Adaptor" with a 512GB microSD. Followed the instructions in vita.hacks.guide. Had a hiccup where the process stopped when the screen went to sleep. Don't remember what step it was. I changed the screen timeout...

Hardware Others Can Dreamcast GDEMU and SDcard reader work together?

So I've got one of these: And one of these: Both work fine on their own. Before installing the GDEMU, I used the SDcard reader to rip .gdi images from the Dreamcast discs I own to later use on the GDEMU (because piracy is bad, m'kay?). I can load DreamShell from the GDEMU menu, but now...

Hacking Vita Homebrew Browser (VHBB) black screen

I think Standby Mode crashes the homebrew browser (at least if it activates during initial startup). I was having this problem until I went into Power Save Settings, selected Enter Standby Mode Automatically, and changed "After 3 Minutes" to "After 30 Minutes". Since then, the homebrew browser...

Gamers are "ready" for $70 games, says Take-Two CEO

I was ready for $70 games back in 1995... when I payed over $80 for Chrono Trigger (a week before it officially released). Worth every penny. Paying that much for a sports game in 2021? jonahjamesonlaughing.gif

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

If I load up the NitroGrafx.nds that's included with TWiL Menu, I can use the emulator's file browser to load .pce games (it wants to start in a folder called "nitrografx", but there's no problem navigating from root to my regular rom folder). I just can't load .pce files from TWiL Menu itself...

Homebrew [DS(i)/3DS] TWiLight Menu++ - GUI for DS(i) games, and DS(i) Menu replacement

I've got this running on my n2DSXL, DSiXL, and the DSTWO in my DSlite, and I'm loving it every which way. I noticed NitroGrafx is included in the emulators folder, although .pce files cannot be shown in the file browser. Is this something planned for a future release?

Homebrew [RELEASE] Anemone3DS - A Complete Theme and Splash Manager for your 3DS!

I reduced the number of themes to 923, it took 3 minutes but Anemone was able to load the themes this time. But then I encountered the same problem as draginite, where Anemone crashes if I try to scroll the list of themes. I tried upgrading to 2.1.0beta, same issue. Downgraded to 2.0.0, same...

Homebrew [RELEASE] Anemone3DS - A Complete Theme and Splash Manager for your 3DS!

Is there a hard upper limit to how many themes you can have in the Themes folder? I have 8,252 themes (26.5GB). When launching Anemone 2.0.1 it gets stuck on "Loading themes, please wait..." for about 21 minutes (stuck-stuck, the clock in the upper left doesn't move, but updates once after about...

Hacking Installing b9s (DSiWare Save Injection), except I'm doing an actual system transfer

I'm following the instructions from 3ds.guide, but since I'm doing an actual system transfer, can I skip Section IV - Restoring the source 3DS? Or do some of the steps from Section IV still need to be followed to restore b9s functionality on the source 3DS? More details: I just bought a used...
