    Gateway isn't stealing anything from Nintendo, if they would, all the links to Gateway files would be blocked and Gateway themselves would be sued. It's users, who are buying flashcards, stealing from Nintendo.

    There will be no custom firmware for users, there will be no free way of playing backup roms on 3DS. Gateway is NOT chinese, they are from Europe, from France. MT-card is not original, their firmware is based on Gateway 1.2, it's still a clone.
