    They can be found in the grassy patch on route 4 and also in the rock tunnel. It would be dope to have a shiny charizard regardless, nature and IV's being decent is just a bonus.

    Also once you have the 31 chain just go talk to the nature lady and then pop lures until you get the shiny. It's possible if you try hard enough lol
