Meh, just use the masuda method, sure, slightly lower chances but overall it's the same chances as a chain of 35 or so... With shiny charm it shouldn't take you more than 2 boxes. Also, using the Magikarp swap trick, you can make it even easier, plus breeding lets you decide egg moves/natures and snipe IVs, so yeah...
