    my b I havne't tried doing the update from emuNAND yet, i'll see if that works. I did update from the homemenu and the eshop, both revealed no dice. But the region of the CIA was U.S. I'll try updating from both emuNAND and sysNAND and see if that fixes the problem.

    So i'm thinking of updating my hardware from 9.9 to 10.3, because as of right now, it doesn't seem like there will be an update for HANs to allow Eshop access due to it requiring you NNID.     I hope so man, I'd love to be able to play Mother 3, I just wish I had the GBA games that people got for getting the O3ds prior to its price drop. Its sad because not only do I have the O3ds, but also no gba games. I should've gotten the xl, and I still regret it to this day
