    I originally put homebrew on my wii with with a 16 MB sd-card. So your 256MB card will work. Still, to make a nand backup a 1GB or bigger card is required.     do you have bootmii V2 installed on your bricked wii? If yes, you can make a nand backup and get the keys from the nand.bin. If not, then you have a paperweight.

    If you get a 0 MB nand file, it becouse you didnt let it finish verification. Its a known bug. Format your SD card and try again.

    I'm sorry, but your wii is a total brick. No recovery possible. Unless you get an infectus, dump the nand, decrypt it, add ios 60, encrypt it and put it back on the wii. Sadly, these staps require your console's nend key. If you have it then good luck. if not: sucks to be you.
