    Hello, I've been considering using IP filters in my router to block my Wii U from updating, but the one thing holding me back was that I still want to be able to access Miiverse on my Wii U and the eshop on my 3DS.     Well I would like stuff like Loadliine to work, and according to Lacius it won't work on 5.1.2. So as much as I'd like to stick with older firmware, it looks like I'll have to pick between the app or 5.1.2. And anyway it sounds like what you're saying is that it the IOSU exploit will still work...

    Whelp, I borrowed my friend's copy of Hyrule Warriors since all the lists I found said it had 4.1.0, and it updated me to 5.1.2 instead. Is there a more up-to-date list than this one? http://wiiubrew.net/Firmware/WiiUDiscFirmware.html

    Thanks for responding, Lacius. Is there any significant difference between versions 5.0.0 and above? So far the only thing I've found is that 5.5.1 allows online play.

    Hello, I bought a Wii U online at random and somehow managed to get one with 4.0.8 firmware. So I was wondering... for softmodding and game backup purposes, is there any compelling reason to stick with 4.1.0 or should I update to 5.0.0, or the latest version for online play? Thanks

    Hacking injected emunand all my CIA are gone!!!

    This happened to me when I restored an emuNAND backup I made before installing the CIAs. If you don't have one from afterwards, the simplest solution I know of is to backup the savedata you want to keep and then reinstall the CIAs.

    Hacking Could non-working 3D on CFW possibly be fixed?

    Hmm, is it possible to run this bug in reverse, and use it to turn off 3D? I usually prefer the 3D off, but I think my 3D slider is broken (o3DS, but could apply to n3DS as well I suppose).

    So, I've tried to update my emuNAND three times already using the system settings thing. Every time, when I go to boot up RxTools again, the system locks on a black screen. I'm not sure what else I could be doing wrong at this point. At least I backed up my emuNAND :-/ Anyone have any ideas...

    I seem to be having problems with this. I've tried to update 3 times on emuNAND rxTools and every time I try to launch rxTools emuNAND after that, it locks on a black screen. What could I be doing wrong? No Gateway/DS flashcart, sysNAND 4.5.

    I updated my emuNAND on my O3DS to 10.3 as suggested in this thread and now when I try to launch RXTools emuNAND it locks on a black screen. SysNAND is fine, still at 4.5. Did I do something wrong? What should I do before reinjecting my backup? What should I do differently next time? Thanks.

    Okay, so just to make sure I have this straight - I'm to update from emuNAND through system settings to 10.3.28, which you're saying is safe? But hold off on updating emuNAND after that?
