    Tried it for 3 hours. The game won't load via nintendont as long as the .gct file is placed in the /game/ folder. I have to deactivate the cheats in the settings to get the game starting.

    The GW-Team said, that the exploit does also work with 9.0. Since smealums release and GWs announcement, i think you should stay on 9.0. Nintendo is one of the worlds biggest companys. They won't let the 3DS take that damage. Even if it seems that there's no new update.

    i think gateway will handle it like the others did, back when the DSi and the "exclusive games" came out. no need for a new card, just a software upgrade.
