    Here they do co-pays on meds per tiersame with visits per insurance plan.

    So if you need viagra might not be covered by insurance plan paying full price.
    Neuro, dermatology, and GP prescriptions etc might be $3-30 co-pays based on formulas.

    Some plans have $0 everything if you qualify. Do they have special offers say if someone is on 5+ different meds paying more than usual?

    My coverage is provided through my ssi retirement. I haven't paid a penny for office visits, prescriptions, my wheelchair, etc. :)
