Firstly, cheers for the support lads! So it happened. I've been ring fenced for a role which sounds less senior but at the same pay but have to interview along two other people for it. The restructure which has taken nearly a year to get done is getting presented and my department is next so I get to find out if I have a job! From what I understand, it has been a fucking shitshow which I'm not surprised as leadership are fucking shit so I'm expecting a bloodbath.- emigre

The restructure at work. They've been talking about for around 10 months and finally my department will be starting it on Monday with our consultation. Am hoping I have a job. Will be a tad funny if I didn't considering I was nominated by the bosses for an industry award recently.- emigre
