Shut the hell up. There's not gonna be any noticeable effect other than more cheaters, and those cheaters already Pokesave'd.
 
Sorry, but it is illegal to post that code. It's copyrighted code...just because it isn't a commercial NDS game (ROM) doesn't mean that the code can be posted.

I appreciate your effort in this guide, but we simply cannot allow it on our website. It's illegal and we don't want the long dick of the law to shut us down (self-explanatory, but oh well). If you want to take your guide somewhere else - PM me and I'll give you back the source of your post.

Can someone tell me at least which file in the compiled .nds that this data is in?
EDIT: can you please PM me it to avoid "the long dick of the law"

0x16C600 (8 bytes)ÂÂ: Distribution date range. First 4 bytes indicate
ÂÂÂÂstart date, next 4 indicate end date. Format is according this example:
ÂÂÂÂ08 00 06 0E --> 2008/06/14. Change bytes from 0x16C600 to 0x16C603 to 00 and byte at 0x16C604 to FF for unlimited distribution.

If I ever get around to it (don't hold your breath), I'll make a patcher.
