Alright so ive accepted the fact that the game probably wont be dumped today. So im left with nothing to do and no idea who to choose as a starter pokemon.

who will your starter be then?

the game will include 107 new pokemon and recycle a bunch a few from previous versions

I've always started out with the fire types.

Is it me, or do the pokemon look worse every year? Charmander and co looked really awesome back then.

Yeah I agreee.. The old ones were better...

I'd start with piplup... Because i just hate that monkeys look, and hate grass pokémon... so water it is..

(On red/blue, i started with water, silver/gold I started with fire, and ruby/saphire I started with... fire, most of the times... (never played that one long enoug)

All I can say is Water and Steel.
Piplup's final evolution is Empeleon which has these traits.

Water/Steel for me. Piplup. No Turtwig since its last stage collapses at an Ice attack and no monkey because we just had a Fire/Fighting starter. How boring!
