I spent today making a skin for my (and your) R4
based off the wii interface, and I threw in my clouds that I use in pretty much everything

Added a transparent bar to File Selection.

'Outlined' the soft-reset icon - looks a bit nicer now.

Darkened the version and time bars in order to make them a bit more readable.

I was considering giving the reset button some AA like I did to the sun icon (it's always bugged me how jagged it looks)
But I decided it wasn't really needed that badly
as for the version and time bars..
it was hard to make the bar's fit in like they did on the wii (the text was grey, not white like on the R4) so I just thought, it would probably look worse with darker bars than the text a bit hard to read.

plus if you just tilt your DS a bit, the contrast goes up and you can make out the time real easily

Yeah, I know. I just prefer it that way and maybe somebody else does too.
It's about time R4 team makes it possible to change the colours ...
 
yeah, I really hope they do.
there's some pointless stuff like the text down the bottom telling you what you've got selected.. its just unnecessary clutter
