Is there any difference with the wiinja ?
It seems its not making my wii region free, so why bother ?
Or am I wrong

No wires but you still need to solder the modchip to the motherboard.
tricky

I'd be careful about this one... who is the Cyclo team?
the only thing they've done in the past is a blatant clone of the Supercard slot2, AFAIK.

Plus the website is empty. And where do you buy it?

NO WIRES!

"WHOO!"

But you still need solder.

"Oh crap."

I remember their slot 2 backup solution. Did it actually get released or did it get cancelled?

What is the difference with the ninja's modchip except for Quicksolder?
We can't play Wii backups from an other region...

Soldering with wires is easier, you just touch the tip of the iron to the wire when it's on top of the point you're soldering to, and pretty much, that's it. Especially with points as large as the Wiinja and I assume this require.

Personally I would prefer the Wiinja, especially since this doesn't seem to do anything different. It's easier to unsolder and get rid of if need be -- when you're soldering a chip directly to the board like this, it's much harder to remove.

some diference are:
- Optional chip disable wire
- Stealth even when chip is enabled

but until i get some review i dont trust neither.

well I'm no expert but couldn't you solder in your own wires anyways to the chip since if I'm not mistaken most modchips don't come with the wires attached

Plus it says an additional wire for chip disable, so I guess it is possible for those who want added stealth
