More of a quick warning than news, I have just been to the nintendo.co.uk website (new game, wanted to add my code) and was presented with this:

So you know, be careful of any "nintendo" emails asking for details.

Thats why club nintenndo wasn't working.I was trying to register my code all day but the club nintendo wouldn't load.

I wonder if its related t o the stuff LulzSec released a week or two ago. Perhaps that alerted Nintendo to a potential weakness and they took it offline to attempt and fix it, rather than risk exposing customer details.
