This is a list of all the games on the DS that would let you communicate with someone else while playing online with them. Please help me fill up the list thanks.

Also Yu-gi-oh 5D's stardust accelerator has voice chat and Phantasy star zero has text chat (both online via wifi)

Yes, it's a terrible game, but it's not online. Only local DS wireless.
Oh, yeah, fair enough, it was basically another Pictochat.

I'm just glad that I have never played it.

"pictochat" - as in, write or draw on screen with bubble appearing over your character's head.
 
Although Pictochat was local wireless only. Online Pictochat would be a can of worms Nintendo just wouldn't want to open.
