Best is subjective to your needs.
Your choices are to wait for the SCDS2 to come out, Ak2i for best game compatibility, or M3i0/Ez Flash Vi for real time features and pretty good compatibility. You could look at the SCDS1i after the Evolution OS comes out as well. So pretty much every cart is good in their own way depending on what you want.

It's all here in Gt... and it's very recent. Just look a bit for it... I belive it's in the scene news of the front page still. I suggest you purchase an AK2i now, (They're pretty cheap) then purchase a Super Card 2 when they're released...
I do, yes. It has extra hardware that should power the emulators without straining the DS too hard... though I'm really worried about accuracy. I mean, the team couldn't possibly just do some weird port of ZSNES and throw it inside the DS, since the rendering method is so different from PCs... or maybe they could? I dunno.
