Hacking Installation of Hermes cIOS V4

For some reason I cant get cIOS 222/223 V4 to install.
When I try install it I get an error
I have the LAN Adapter plugged in and the internet connection is fine.
I trid both USB slots and one of them gave me an error and one of them crashed when initializing network.
I had hermes cIOS v2 installed once and it worked with the old usb loader but it dont work anymore with my new one.
So yeah. Know how to fix it?

i had problems installing but it wouldn't give me an error. just froze. i just kept trying many times till it worked.

Hermes' installer has issues with the LAN adapter. You will likely need to use the offline installation method.

Its not working with my LAN Adapter too

But how can i get it to do it offline.
I put all needed data on the SD card.
Everytime I try to start it like it was said in the discription my installer wants to go online.
And the online method is not working for me

UPDATE

Ok now its working
I tried a new SD Card and unplugged the gamecube Controller.
After that it started the offline installation
