Hacking =-= Waninkoko's backup patcher does size matter? =-=

Hi all. im having trouble with this... okay I dL my own original wii games "mario kart" and "MoH2" dumped them with waninkoko's dvd dumper wifi stable 530 kb. well I got the ISO file. my question is do i need to patch it, even though i didn't dL them from torrent sites? if I do need to patch it...my patches comes out to 0.000 mb and it's still successful* in DOS mode. anyone having this issue too? oh yah my partition size is way to small only 200 - 450kb under properties. HELP pls. thanks.

Why do you want to do that?
Just burn it using ImgBurn, it will work.

really cuz i did and all my dvds are coasters... but whats all this change to dvd-rom?

what are your settings for imgburn... n latest version too?

I've got version 2.4.2.0 of ImgBurn, and I've burned 1 DVD, worked perfectly.
I hadn't changed it to DVD-Rom, it still worked

it depends on your dvd writer. not every writer is setting the booktype to dvd-rom from the beginning. some drives doesn't even give this option to the user. it depends on the firmware of your dvd writer. make a little research besides this board. there are a couple of specialized boards about disc burning around the web.

check this out laddies, you can also see if you have a successful burn by running waninkoko's dvd dumper and it will show burned wii ID's..... but im having ID ""

All the games I've patched so far are 3.99 GB.

thats correct, some games may be smaller 3.80-3.99gb is ok
