NOD32 always displays this message when I access GBAtemp.net

This only happens when I'm on GBAtemp.net

Should I be worried? Should I do something or just leave it always blocking?

I'm running a anti-virus scan and a Anti-Malware scan right now.

EDIT: Shiro786 also gets it
